Each order and location varies, so we are not able to give you an exact shipping price. We will provide 3% additional books for FREE for you to sell to help cover the cost of shipping your books.
Our average production time is 45 business days, with possible exceptions during our busy seasons. By using our Rush Order Service, we will ship your books in 30 business days from the day we receive your order and all materials. Rush Order Service must be reserved and will incur an additional cost.
Possibly, but not likely. G&R reserves the right to overrun or underrun by 10% on all orders, which is a standard policy for printers. Since your book will go through many production stages where spoilage may occur, G&R will print more than your ordered number of cookbooks. Thus, you may receive more or less than the ordered number of books. You will be invoiced according to the actual number of books shipped, not including free books sent for freight allowance.
Of course! In fact, recipes, a completed order form and/or artwork can be submitted to G&R a number of different ways - via mail, fax or online (link to Contact Us page). You can easily complete our online order form then mail your artwork and recipes for G&R to type, or enter your recipes online then mail us your order form and artwork. Or choose to submit your entire order (recipes, order form and artwork) completely online or completely by mail. Orders will not be processed with G&R until all necessary elements (recipes, artwork and order form) are received by G&R.
We sure do. View our privacy policy here.
